- Existential recognizes your ongoing projects and areas from your own notes and gives each a stable identity, so a recurring subject is not recreated as a new project on every pass. Each context now carries a source-grounded account of what is happening and where you left off, staying honest about direct wording versus the Oracle's own interpretation.
- Long dictations and meeting notes are read all the way through instead of stopping at the old length limit, and a reading interrupted partway resumes without duplicating what was already captured. Import tells you plainly which files were read, skipped, or failed, and why.
- The Library holds up past 200 matching notes, closing and reopening a project keeps everything it held, and a note's connection to a project is a real, visible write that the Library, the graph, and your confidence scores all agree on.
- Console recovers an edit proposal it was still preparing when you left, tells you honestly when a proposal was not queued instead of claiming it was, and never puts your note or brief text in a browser address bar.
- An update no longer times out while it checks a large downloaded model file's integrity, stopping Existential during an import no longer strands a background process, and a model load waiting behind another one is now visible in Settings instead of hanging silently.
- Home replaces the daily check-in screen as your entry point: it opens to your active contexts, ordered by where you are actually working, with a route to everything paused or closed.
- A note you move or rename by hand keeps its identity and its project connections, and the Oracle organizes your vault into projects and areas through its existing stewardship, without moving a file you placed yourself.
- During an update, background writers including the vault watcher and ingestion pause instead of writing through the hold, so nothing already saved can be lost or duplicated.
- Updating no longer refuses because a note is mid-analysis or the Oracle is mid-turn: the pre-update backup waits for the current step to finish instead of giving up, and stopping Existential during the backup that follows an import no longer leaves a graph process behind.
