A small release focused on keeping your knowledge graph clean and your background work dependable. Re-saving a note no longer leaves a duplicate behind, notes are filed by what they actually contain, and the routines the Oracle runs in the background now start reliably on a fresh install.
Your notes stay clean
Re-saving a note no longer creates a second copy in your knowledge graph. The Oracle now recognizes an edited note as the same note and updates it in place, rather than accumulating a fresh duplicate on every save. A note you save without changing is skipped entirely.
Whether a note is treated as your own writing or as outside reference material is now decided by the note's content rather than by its date. Reference clippings no longer get mis-filed as your own thinking.
Reliable background work
The routines the Oracle runs in the background to score, connect, and synthesize your notes now run on a clean install. The overnight passes are sequenced so they keep working unattended without overrunning memory.
Fixes
- You can now open your vault folder directly from within the app, without leaving the Oracle.
